Perri joins forces with regionally renowned piano technician and jazz bassist Tom Kuntz and internationally acclaimed pianist and Eastern Washington University
piano professor Dr. Jody Graves,
both characters in GRAND OBSESSION, for an evening of live music and discussion, followed by a piano party.
Perri will read from and
talk about the writing of GRAND OBSESSION.
Tom will improvise on the string bass with celebrated composer-pianist Casey Wilkinson for some lively jazz.
Jody will play works by Debussy, Rachmaninoff, and Gershwin. And all will take questions from the audience.
Jody's CD, Whispers of Light, will be available for
sale, as will copies of GRAND OBSESSION, which Perri will sign. Then guests will be invited to play the pianos in the showroom and meet the author and the musicians.
